Vacancy: Service Desk Engineer.

Our client, an international innovation IT product   company with offices in 18 countries, is looking for candidates to fill in the position   Service Desk Engineer (IT Operations team)

Work place: Kyiv, Ukraine


  • As a part of the Service Desk Team, you will be responsible for delivering technical support to the business systems of the company. Your role is submitted to communicating with internal customers of the company from offices globally.
  • Support Global IT services on the level of 1st line of support
  • Responsible for managing Service Desk queue (HEAT)
  • Providing accesses to around 15 business applications (e.g. SharePoint, Navision, CRM, Office 365, etc.)
  • Limited functional support (application)
  • Preparing manuals and filling knowledge base


  • 2+ years of experience in 1st line of support
  • Working experience with different business applications (e.g. Windows applications, enterprise applications etc.)
  • Working  experience with ITSM tools for handling tickets
  • Working experience in support teams (2nd and 3rd lines of support)
  • English: at least strong intermediate + (good business writing communication skills)
  • Team player, fast-learner, analytic mindset, independent, with good communication skills
  • Strong time management skills, self-organized
  • Knowledge of ITIL (is a plus)
