Our Partner, an international IT company, is looking for candidates to fill in the position of Recruitment Team Lead

Place of duty: Kyiv, Kharkov, Dnipro, Odessa or Lviv.

Total headcount: 1200 employees

Position Objectives

Recruitment Team Lead main objectives are to drive the team, to establish and maintain a sustainable and effective recruitment process according to company’s headcount raise. RTL is a senior manager who acts as a strategic partner in analysis of the job market and current trends, resource planning, organization and executing of the full recruitment process cycle according to deadlines, risk management, and coordinating the efforts of his/her team which lead to successful hires.


  • Planning/Prognosis of recruitment process
  • Manage/Control recruitment process execution
  • Resource planning
  • Plan and manage communications
  • Plan risk management procedures, identify, register and follow up risks. Define the most appropriate response strategy. Properly and proactively, communicate risks/issues
  • Reports and Analytics: Complete and in time preparation of reports on current status. Analytics on vacancies closure and problems than may occur during the hiring process
  • Job market analysis and trends
  • People Management: Hiring, adapting, retention, dismissing of recruiters of the corresponding team. Ensure and keep track of team members’ motivation, assess and influence team performance, manage team conflicts. Conducts team meetings to update members on best practices and continuing expectations. Informing the Head of Recruiting about staff issues, if necessary


  • University degree
  • Proven experience in IT recruitment not less than 3 years
  • Experience in mentoring / coaching
  • Strategic thinking and change management
  • Good communication and presentation skills

  • Proactive and initiative person
  • At least Intermediate level of English


Recruitment Team Lead has the powers to:

  • Participate in recruiters/researchers bonus motivation system
  • Make proposals regarding improvement of performance related with the obligations envisioned by the job description
  • Inform the Management about shortcomings exposed within scope of one’s competence
  • Sign the developed documents
  • Improve one’s qualifications in one’s area of expertise at seminars, workshops or in other educational institutions
  • Creation and developing of recruitment team

Compensation: $3500-$4000(salary+bonuses)
