Vacancy: Project Manager & Technical Sales Support

Our client, an international   leader in payment systems, solutions for online, mobile and retail trade, is looking for its Ukrainian office the candidates for the following position:
Project Manager & Technical Sales Support
Place of duty: Kiev
Provide product, solution and technology expertise for Sales team in the sales, tender response activities
Create a liaison between customers / sales teams and R&D team
Organize and manage projects to deliver the committed products on time and budget being responsible of entire delivery (multiple coordinated projects).
Continuously identify and propose process improvements and meet or exceed defined KPIs.
Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Support sales to qualify opportunities and present it to the board;
  • Follow up the pipelines and revenues targets with sales and finance teams making sure to mitigate risks and anticipate dependencies to internal or external resources to secure the business
  • Support sales teams during sales leads phase and tenders to propose the right product / solution, design the solution, provide quotation and period estimates.
  • Working closely and collaboratively with customers. Scopes the technical  solution required to address customer requirements and recommends solutions that optimize value for both the customer and the company. Providing cost items and project timeframe estimates for the sales teams to support their proposals.
  • Organize delivery project for a customer including:
  • Requirements (functional, technical, performance, other) collection and analysis
  • Scope of Work definition
  • Cost calculation
  • Delivery planning
  • Quality assurance planning
  • Risk analysis and mitigation plan
  • Support in customer contract negotiations
  • Issue R&D / internal / external supplier order
  • Coordinate with internal and external suppliers on delivery of solution’s elements (HW, SW, Services). Ensuring the projects are delivered on time and on budget.
  • Secures from customer technical staff commitments needed to ensure a deal’s “technical close.”
  • Technically savvy
  • Expertise in payment business or payment systems and technology preferred
  • Excellent written, oral and interpersonal communication skills
  • Presentation skills
  • English (fluent)
  • Ability to work well as part of team-orientated environment
  • Ability to work independently
  • Project management
Special factors:
This position will involve national and international travel, overnight stays and out of hours working
Compensation: +- $2000-$2500, medical insurance,
