Vacancy: HR Data Analyst/Compensation and Benefits specialist

Our client, an international innovation IT product   company with offices in 18 countries, is looking for candidates to fill in the position of  HR Data Analyst/Compensation and Benefits specialist

Work place: Kyiv, Ukraine

The HR data analyst/Compensation and Benefits specialist  is covering the following 5 critical functions:

  • Processing renumeration-related data
  • Following SOX (international standards) requirements within HR processes
  • Managing monthly payments to PEs in Ukraine
  • Accountable of HR Data worldwide
  • Responsible of HR Data monthly reports



HR data:

  • Controlling HR data (employee and contractors) worldwide in in-house systems in  worldwide
  • Administrative onboarding/leave forms for PE’s
  • Generating and managing HR data reports on monthly/quarterly basis and receiving approvals from stakeholders
  • Creating Excel dashboard with different HR metrics for all countries (headcount; turnover; seniority etc.)
  • Keeping track of HR-related KPI’s


  • Participate in salary range settings
  • Ensure in-depth and transparent analysis of compensation market data, trends and economic indicators; make sure we offer competitive compensation plans
  • Managing system of proper compensation based on market salary survey keeping track of benefits, raises and bonuses
  • Controlling monthly payments to PEs in Ukraine
  • Contribute to the development of bonus plans
  • Effectively communicate Total Rewards policies and procedures to all stakeholders
  • Headcount & remuneration annual budget process, monthly/quarterly forecast vs budget vs actual


  • Design compensation packages and bonus programs that are fair and attractive and that align with the company’s strategic plan
  • Identify trends and implement new practices to engage and motivate employees
  • Renew our compensation plans with monetary and non-monetary benefits based on employee needs
  • Evaluate effectiveness of employee benefit programs; participate in updating global Rewards policies and procedures
  • Be a member of global Center of Expertise of Total Reward


  • Experience – as an HR analyst/Compensation and Benefits Manager for 2+ years
  • Education – university degree
  • Knowledge of building compensation packages and bonus programs for various departments and seniority levels
  • Excellent understanding of job evaluation and job analysis systems
  • Good analytical skills; love for data
  • Experience with employee satisfaction surveys
  • Passed courses in the Comp&Ben field is a plus
  • Upper intermediate or above written and spoken English
  • Hands-on experience with HRIS/HRMS
