Vacancy: Business Development Manager
Escadra, an Ukrainian IT recruiting company with extensive and successful experience in working for clients from diverse regions and countries of the world, is looking for Business Development Manager
Place of duty: remote work or Bucharest
- Search and engagement of potential clients
- Promotion of our services (IT Recruitment)
- Do active research using such tools as LinkedIn and others social networking tools and databases to find prospects; lead generation.
- Work with CRM.
- Pursuing new business opportunities through sending messages, emails and cold calling.
Qualifications and experience Requirements:
- Experience in B2B sales
- Experience in using marketing technologies to engage potential clients
- Understanding the B2B contracting process
- Have fluent spoken and written English with excellent English comprehension skills.
- Have 3-5 years of sales or marketing related experience in B2B industry.
- Excellent communications and interpersonal skills with a strong customer service focus.
- Basic IT technical understanding will be a plus.
