Our client, an international FMCG company,one of the five leaders of the industry, is looking for Director of Organizational Development


  • designing organizational structures to the needs of business;
  • definition of the target number of personnel;
  • the definition of “quality characteristics” of staff depending on assigned duties;
  • distribution of functional responsibilities between levels of government and the determination of the principles of interaction (matrix powers and responsibilities, etc.);
  • development of measures to personnel optimization without loss of control processes;
  • KPI development of individual positions and motivation for them (salaries, compensation and benefits);
  • development of training programs for employees

experienced HR Director in manufacturing industry, who completed successful projects of the optimization of processes in HR
